Only My Heart

How would you feel if you went to a doctor's office and while you're waiting you see a mechanic dressed in a doctor's coat calling in patients to be seen? How would that make you feel? Remember this is a certified mechanic so you know good and well that this is not a doctor and under the law a licensed person in the medical profession ( doctor, nurse etc) are the only ones who are permitted to  perform the clinical routines on you. If you ask me I wouldn't be happy at all because this mechanic is not a doctor is not permitted by law to see or even call in patients. Now image how God feels when we misrepresent who he is on earth. Imagine when someone who is in error attempts to justify it by their words.  We are the bible that the world sees and if they cannot see Christ in us it defeats the purpose of being a Christian. In today's world nobody really likes owning up to their faults or mistakes, we like to profess that God looks at my heart. If God was to show you what he sees in your heart, what does he see? I can dress in whatever way that I want God looks at my heart, I can steal and there is nothing wrong with it because God looks at my heart. Stop making excuses to justify sin, God made it very clear that a person who hides their sin cannot prosper. Proverbs 28:13 KJV He that covers his sins shall not prosper: but whosoever confesses and forsakes them shall have mercy.
That is why we really need to strive to make it to Heaven. Look at what the bible  says about getting into the Kingdom of God. Luke 13:24 KJV Strife to enter in at the strait gate for many, I say unto you will seek to enter in and shall not be able. We all need to examine ourselves time after time to be sure that we are doing what pleases the Lord before we go. God looks at your heart that's very true but what shows up on the outside is a reflection of what's going on inside.
