Know when to speak and when not to speak

Even till this day I struggle with this because often times there are moments when I want to give a person a piece of my mind. But there is something that Jesus taught me and I hope you can take this with you. It's not everything that you must respond to and that's a fact. Some people are naturally negative so no matter what you do it's never good enough for them. There are some people that whatever you give them they love it no matter how big or how small it is. This life is filled with many things both good and bad. It's up to an individual to choose how they want to live their life. Unfortunately, in this generation we have so many pastors,minsters etc  that are in error and have become too pompous to be corrected. Many of them have misrepresented what the church is about and what it stands for. This makes it difficult to evangelize. A Muslim once said to me " you Christians have too many fake pastors". I agreed with him because he was right but deep down within me I was sad because we being the "church" have not represented Jesus in a good way at all.
I told him however that I don't depend on these pastors for miracles or signs of any sort, if you do what God tells you to do you will be blessed whether a man of God says it or not. That my friend is a fact. Too many people have become so dependent on the man of God instead of God himself.

There is a church that I used to attend, that is being attack by a lady who uses her forum to expose churches. There are some things that she says in general that I agree with and some that I do not agree with. As a response to what she said , I saw a few Facebook posts from the members of the church in regards to what their church stands for. All I can say is this " know when to speak and when not to speak". If you know deep down within your spirit that you are doing the right thing, you don't need to respond to any negative backlash leave them be. God who sees what is happening will handle the situation for you and trust me with God, he has many ways to deal with an individual.That is why he is the Almighty God.  There are people that the devil is using to distract the body of Christ don't be deceived or carried away when you see this going on. Stand firm on the word of God and he will surely bring you out of that situation. You don't have to drag it out with them even when they might say things that are offensive just say what you need to say and leave it there, and depending on the situation you don't need to say a word.
